Confession Target: The Heir

About this story

College student Liam activates the “Deadly Romance System” after catching a piece of chalk, forcing him to confess his feelings to Chloe, the aloof campus beauty—only to find himself unexpectedly entangled with the Moretti mafia family. The system compels him to aggressively flirt, protect her, and demand kisses through life-or-death missions, while also granting him abilities such as hand-to-hand combat, X-ray vision, and psychic powers. He blows up the enemy’s armory, fights off a horde of enemies alone in the rain, and risks his life to protect Chloe. The two gradually transform their relationship—which began as a forced, mismatched arrangement orchestrated by the system—into genuine love. In the end, Liam defies the system’s control on the Ferris wheel, shatters it, and shares a passionate kiss with Chloe, bringing the story to a happy ending.
