Healing the Enemy's Heart

About this story

Vance family head Rocher storms the Thorn family banquet to collect a $40 million debt, demanding a son as living collateral. To shield his own child, Baron pushes out his nephew, Elian—who has been abused and imprisoned for 15 years—passing him off as the target. Rocher brings Elian back to his manor, brimming with hatred for his enemy's supposed son. But the moment Elian's back is exposed, revealing a horrifying roadmap of whip lashes, cigarette burns, and surgical scars, Rocher realizes this boy is no spoiled master, but a severely abused stray. The truth soon unfolds: Elian is the rightful first-in-line heir of the Thorn family, locked in a basement by his uncle since age five. From that moment, Rocher turns from a ruthless creditor into Elian's ultimate guardian and avenger. Using his absolute mafia power to obliterate Elian's enemies, Rocher heals the boy's shattered soul with a searing, protective tenderness, turning a game of forced possession into a legendary tale of mutual redemption.
