His Forbidden Prisoner

About this story

Chloe was once a distinguished cellist studying at a top-tier prestigious university, until her entire family was raided and devastated by a hostile rival faction. Her elder brother was left critically wounded and comatose, which saddled her with a staggering pile of unaffordable medical fees from the private care clinic. On a brutal blizzard night, with no other way out, she stopped the armored motorcade of Victor, the most feared mafia don that all of New York trembled at the mention of. She assumed she could draw a clear line and walk away with the payout after their one-night contract, only to find she had long turned into the inescapable prey trapped tightly in the palm of this violent, tyrannical kingpin. As Julian, a New Money tech oligarch as well as her childhood old acquaintance, presses forward step by step, a deadly conspiracy hidden under a soft, gentle mask gradually surfaces. Trapped in the swirling vortex of bullets, betrayals and power games, Chloe has to fight tooth and nail to survive in the desperate situation, while Victor swears to send every single enemy that covets her down to hell.
